FREEZING RAIN IS FALLING OVER THE MIDDLE TANANA VALLEY AND IN THE FAIRBANKS AREA...FREEZING ON CONTACT WITH MANY ROAD SURFACES. ROADS ARE EXTREMELY ICY AND DRIVING CONDITIONS CONTINUE TO BE DANGEROUS. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN AROUND FREEZING AND RAIN WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON.
